Speak openly and honestly about work and salaries. Companies that keep salary information a secret are often doing so to continue gender-based gaps in pay. If you are in a position of power, make sure that those around you are paid fairly for their work, not based on gender. If you are not in a position of power, make sure that your coworkers are being paid fairly among all genders in the same roles.
