Our next meeting for “Confronting Our Racism” that was scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3rd at 6:30PM has been moved to Thursday, Dec. 10th at 6:30PM.

They are very enthusiastic about working with us on our proposal for “Confronting Our Racism.” We thought it would be more productive to postpone our meeting until Dec. 10th so that we can do further research into what the library system can offer and to have a chance to talk with the Georgetown Texas Public Library that sponsored a community read on antiracism in August 2020. For more information, please go to: Confronting Racism: A Community Conversation – Georgetown Public Library

Again, thank you to those who met with us previously on Nov. 11th and 12th and we hope you will all be able to join us at our new meeting time, Thursday, Dec. 10th at 6:30PM. I will send a reminder and the URL for the meeting next week.
Thank you,
Pam Johnson (832-641-9782) with Wayne Sadberry
