There is less than a month to go until the 2018 Crop Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 14th. Participants collect sponsor donations from friends, family, and co-workers, preferably online, and mid-afternoon on October 14th, gather in Veterans’ Park to walk all or part of a three-mile trek along the American History Trail. This is a family-friendly event and dogs are welcome. Proceeds go to fight food insecurity abroad and nearby, with a quarter of the money raised going to the Brazos Church Pantry.
